Tratt Properties signs 285,000 square foot, 12-year lease with Eberspaecher North America, Inc.

Tratt Properties, LLC, a national industrial development and investment firm, has leased 285,000 square feet on a 12-year lease to Eberspaecher North America, Inc. bring the project to 100% occupancy. Eberspaecher North America is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Eberspacher Group, a family owned independent company since 1865 with over 7,300 employees in 22 countries. Eberspaecher manufactures exhaust technology, vehicle heaters and air conditioning systems with their primary client in Spartanburg being BMW of North America, LLC. The Tenant was represented by Randall Book with Colliers International, and the Landlord was represented by David Barber & Shaun Kirchin with Binswanger. Tratt Properties, LLC acquired the 573,000 square foot facility in 2007, which was fully occupied by Adidas, Inc. at the time. With the new Eberspaecher lease the property is now 100% leased to international credit tenants with long term leases.
