This vast collection of knowledge, experience, and relationships provided us an unparalleled competitive advantage. We have developed for our own account over 4.2 million square feet of state-of-the-art product; going forward, our focus for future development projects is now 500,000 SF and larger.
Due to our acquisition of 450 net acres in central Florida in 2021 we are now embarking on adding a second location for vertical ground up development.
